Doritos Made Healthy

I have mentioned it before. Right here. For a woman, nothing is sexier than a man who cooks.

I was wrong!!

I should have stayed up with the new age.

Nothing is sexier than a man who can cook healthy food. Or better, make junk food look healthy. And so the man improvises his game and stays up with the current trend!

Presenting - Misal Doritos, a la Doritos, made healthy!

Who has been to Bombay and had Misal Pav?

Soak 'em Moth Beans overnight and dry them. Leave them another 12 hours till they sprout a little.
Cook these with diced onions and tomatoes on a light flame till they are nice and soft. Add a little of Indian masalas if you like.
Bake potatoes till they are nice and soft.
Crush some Doritos into a bowl. I used the spicy buffalo flavor. Mix with above.
Add the tamarind chutney you get for bhel puri and mix throughly!

Its quick, its fast and its yummy.

Dont crush the Doritos, but lay them out with the mixture on them and you have Indian Nachos!

Ok, now who wants to marry me?

PS:
I shall entertain emails and phone calls for further inquiries on the recipe, provided you invite me over when the item is cooked and ready!
I shall cook for you if you rate me 11 on a scale of 10 (0 being least and 10 being max.) for the sexiest cook alive!
If you steal this recipe and make money out of it without sharing the booty.... screw you!

Apoorva, you shameless man...you aren't allowed to solicit proposals like this!!!! I've laid my claim already way back when you churned out those salmon pakodas!!

Have to say..this looks a lot better than that did.

Thats looks good! However, I would replace dorritos with just plain crispy torrtia chips! But thats me too much of flavors confuses me..!

O well, it looks chapatta, I'll try it for sure... with my instant minty lemonade.. (Not technically when you make it first time..!)

But you should try it too...,

Blend lemon juice with bunch of mints, some 'Sooogar', pinch of Jeera powder and Salt! (Whatever way you want it!)

Freeze it in your icecube tray... and then whenever you feel like having lemonade just pop up one icecube in a cute looking glass and add some water...

I once replaced mint with fresh strawberries... and it was great!!! o well the lists goes on.. but, dude.. you should totally try that out!

#Abhi: I think you should give up.

#Deepak: Ah! Kolhapuri Misal!!! Part of my family hails from Kolhapur. Another recommendation from there is the Kolhapuri Chappal. Hopefully you shall buy one and not experience it in any other way!

#Idea: Errrr... I was hoping u would have forgotten your claims :P

#Mahi: (poker faced) There was no marriage proposal. I asked who wants to marry me... which does not mean I shall marry her.

B&BW, ok, when u r here, u can shop at B&BW on my credit card (I assume u will never be here) :P

#Medha: I dont want to be the sexiest man alive. I wanna be the sexiest cook alive! =D
No Aldo shoes for you!!

#Neetal: That sounds very innovative. I like! I think moi shall try those!

#Searching: Oh yes! You bet I am... trying to target those who think they could have a crush over blogger :P

If something like this works out... Google, wordpress etc could be potential competitors for shaadi.com eh?

Haha, this is beginning to sound like "You've got mail"! Well, if you didnt have such a scary pic in your profile, you may have been on the right track! :)) Hehehe...

But its quite amazing that you actually know someone who dated and got married to someone on blogger! That should be interesting! If only to realize the difference between the blogger personality and the real personality! :)) But atleast blogger allows you to get a sense of the real person, and thats why if something like this works out, it will give shaadi.com a run for their money! :))
