Beauty & The Beholder

Apoorva Musings #87562349

If beauty lies in the eyes of the beholder, why would you push me back when I hold you? If I dont hold you (close or tight enough), how would I know the depth of your beauty?

hmmm... i guess she does it because it says 'eyes of the beholder' and not 'arms of the beholder' and the depth of beauty is not quantifiable... and hence you can not know it... you just can experience it :)

Appoo, I see that the number you have put as your musing serial # does not contain a repeated number, which means that you actually took more time to write the number than the post.

I also observe that there is no number 1 and zero, which means that you like being in the averages. Neither the topper nor the loser.

Sorry, nothing to comment on your post.

What you are feeling right now (after reading my comment) is exactly what i felt when i read your post.

Hmmm...That is such a goddamn valid Question.
You 'are' seeing with your hands, aren't you?
That would be esp. true if you replace the '...lies in...' with '...lies to...', then you very well need those hands!!!

Maybe invisibility has become so familiar, it is painful to be seen and appreciated again?

Hope you're alright.

Have a very happy Christmas, Apoo!

I believe it is some kind of wedding ritual...a highly secret and quick-n-dirty thing I suppose.

Wot's this? U going the Alap way too?

As for why I asked if you're alright, I always do when men say something sentimental...at least the ones who aren't soppy all the time. Don't ask me why that is logical, because it isn't!!
